Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories
Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
Used, installed, or altered items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without prior authorization
3. “Not as Described” Claims
If you believe the item is not as described, you must:
Contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback
Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue
Please note:
Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance that do not affect functionality are not considered “not as described”.
4. Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns must be approved by us before shipping
Once approved, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion
The buyer must cooperate with the carrier to complete the return
Failure to return the item after receiving a prepaid return label will be considered a refusal to return, and refunds will not be issued.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees, handling fees, or customs duties are non-refundable unless required by law
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the return process may result in:
Delay or denial of refund
Suspension of customer support for the order
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when the buyer keeps the merchandise without returning it.
